(SUPERNOVA)

Miguel Novell is the name of this veteran DJ. He began his artistic career in 2001, touring the most emblematic venues in the capital. As a techno DJ with trance influences of the time, it was easy to see him blending concepts derived from hard trance and cutting-edge techno in epic sessions of theMadrid night scene, such as Danzoo or his own brand, Yes We Rave.

In mid-2008, he discovered psytrance and started working with it regularly at parties in the capital.

A regular DJ at La Roda sessions and many other themed parties like Magadelic or Tribe of Life, led himon a journey into psychedelia that he never turned away from.

In 2015, he began his retirement phase, and it wasn't until January 2024 that he returned to undertake projects and work actively. Currently working for the monthly Madrid session SUPERNOVA, where he is the resident DJ and also the main promoter, he aims to fill the void left by the psychedelic movement in the capital.

Full-on is his hallmark, but he can be seen exploring other psychedelic genres with his alter ego Eat Squirt or in techno and related sessions under the pseudonym WRSW.
