Frequently asked questions

UNFORTUNATELY, I HAVE A TICKET BUT I CAN'T GO. IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET A REFUND FOR THE RESERVATION?

Unfortunately, tickets and reservations are non-refundable. Once the membership fee is paid, it secures your access to the event and covers the costs of organizing the experience.

If you cannot attend, we recommend reaching out to the association directly to explore possible solutions or transferring your spot to someone else, provided it aligns with the event’s policies. Please contact us through our official channels for more information.

WILL THERE BE FOOD AND DRINK STALLS AT THE VENUE?

Yes! The event will feature food and drink stalls offering a variety of options to satisfy all tastes. Whether you’re looking for a hearty meal or a refreshing drink, we’ve got you covered.

We strive to offer both vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices, as well as beverages to keep you hydrated and energized throughout the festival.

Feel free to bring your reusable bottles and containers to help reduce waste and contribute to our commitment to sustainability. 🌿

IS BRINGING FOOD ALLOWED?

You are allowed to bring your own food into the venue. However, lighting fires is not permitted.

This is to ensure safety and protect the natural environment. You can bring your food and enjoy it in designated areas, but please respect this rule to maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.

ARE PETS ALLOWED ENTRY?

Pets are not allowed in the venue.

We understand how much you love your pets, but for their safety and well-being, as well as the comfort of all attendees, we kindly ask that you leave your pets at home.

IS ACCESS ALLOWED FOR MINORS?

No. Access to the event is not permitted for individuals under 18 years of age.

This policy is in place to ensure the safety and suitability of the event for all attendees. Please make sure to bring a valid ID for age verification if necessary.

CAN I GO BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT?

Yes, there is public transport that takes you to the nearest town (Cerceda), but from there, you'll need to use private transport to reach the venue. The venue has access directly from the same road, so it's important to avoid walking from the town to the venue to prevent any accidents. We want everyone to be there!

To get to Cerceda by public transport, you can take bus 876 and 724 from the Plaza Castilla interchange or bus 672 and 672A from the Moncloa interchange.

There's also the option of taking a train to the "Collado Mediano (L9 Cercanías)" stop, but this is the furthest option from the festival venue.

CAN I PAY THERE WITH A CREDIT CARD?

Payments cannot be made with credit or debit cards.

Please ensure you have cash or another form of payment ready for purchases during the event, as card payments will not be accepted.

IS REGISTRATION WITH THE ASSOCIATION MANDATORY? WHAT IS IT FOR, AND WHAT HAPPENS TO MY DATA?

Yes, it is mandatory to register as a member. The reason for this requirement is that we are a non-profit association (hence the affordable prices), and for legal reasons, we can only allow access to those who are members of the association.

Your data will remain exclusively in the festival’s database. We will not use it for anything other than ensuring access to this event and future ones. Therefore, for the next festival, you will not need to register again, just update your membership fee.

WHAT IS THE USUAL TEMPERATURE IN KUMBHALA AROUND THESE DAYS?

Due to the changes brought by climate change, this data should be taken as a general reference based on the average of recent years. However, keep in mind that nights will be cool and days mild. Rainfall would be unusual, so we recommend bringing appropriate clothing, especially for the nights.
