We warmly welcome you with all our love and care to our private event organized by the Cultural Association Libertad por la Música, Aditek Soundsystem, Deeps into the Woods, and Supernova Sessions.

👉🏻 IMPORTANT THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

⚠ Please note that this is a private event and NOT open to the general public. Therefore, ENTRY WILL ONLY BE GRANTED IF THE MEMBERSHIP FEE HAS BEEN PAID. This fee is the same as the ticket price, which grants access to the venue and, consequently, the right to enjoy the full festival experience.

🕚 DOORS WILL OPEN ON FRIDAY, THE 6TH, AT 3:00 PM.
To avoid overcrowding at the entrance, once you have your access wristband, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE VENUE UNTIL 10:00 AM ON SATURDAY, THE 7TH, EXCEPT IN CASES OF FORCE MAJEURE.
After this time, re-entry will be allowed as long as your wristband is validated.
PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION WILL BE CHECKED FOR EACH ENTRY. This is to prevent fraud. Additionally, please note that WRISTBANDS ARE PERSONAL AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.

We kindly ask everyone to vacate the venue by 5:00 PM on Sunday 8TH. The staff will recommend beautiful places where you can rest or continue the party if you wish.

🕵 Here are the 10 BASIC RULES TO FOLLOW FOR THE SPACE WE PROVIDE:

❌ 1. DO NOT ENTER CLOSED OR MARKED-OFF AREAS OF THE VENUE.
Anyone found trespassing in areas outside the event will be immediately expelled from the association and banned from future events.

♻ 2. KEEP THE SPACE CLEAN AND TIDY.
We believe in the motto "clean up your trash" and deeply appreciate those who take their waste with them, as it saves us valuable time. We dedicate so much effort to make this event perfect for everyone. Together, we will make KUMBHALA possible.

🚷 3. DO NOT WALK UP FROM THE PUBLIC TRANSPORT STOPS, AS THERE IS ONLY A ROAD AND WE WANT TO AVOID ANY ISSUES.
You can take a taxi, Uber, or coordinate car rides since it’s only 10 minutes from the city. However, we want to minimize any safety risks for all attendees.


🔀 4. DESIGNATED AREAS
There will be security personnel and staff fully available to assist you if you have questions, need anything, or encounter any problems (though we hope you won’t, as everything is designed with great love and care).

🙏 5. MUTUAL RESPECT
Our motto is P.L.U.R. (Peace, Love, Unity, Respect).
Disrespect towards anyone will not be tolerated. We are all equal, and we strive to create an environment where we can coexist as one family, free from any form of discrimination. Behaviors contrary to our vision will result in IMMEDIATE EXPULSION AND BLACKLISTING.

6. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS
Only those who have paid the membership fee will be allowed entry. NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE DOOR ON THE EVENT DAY.
Please do not bring friends who have not registered beforehand, as we will not accept additional reservations.

🔥 7. NO FIRES ALLOWED.
Summers are extremely dry in this area. Please take this rule seriously to show the utmost respect for nature.

🍾 8. NO GLASS ITEMS ALLOWED IN THE VENUE.

🐕 9. NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE VENUE
We’re very sorry, but pets are not permitted. Let’s protect our beloved animals. This area may expose them to leishmaniasis, and we wouldn’t want them to get sick. Please avoid bringing them.

🚫 10. NO ENTRY FOR MINORS UNDER 18 YEARS OLD
Access to the event is strictly prohibited for individuals under 18 years of age.

How To Get There

Where is "There"? Welcome to KUMBHALA!

Kumbhala is right here, In the heart of the north area of Madrid, near the historic town of Cerceda, surrounded by nature. With spectacular views of iconic mountains like "La Maliciosa." A place you will undoubtedly fall in love with, this sacred location.

For reference, Kumbhala is approximately 50 km from Madrid (Spain) and 650 km from Lisboa or Barcelona.

To ensure you're heading in the right direction, simply set your map or GPS to "Cerceda (Madrid)"

From there, follow the signs, and you’ll be on the path to an unforgettable festival experience.

The exact address will be shared a few days before the event. Stay tuned to our social media channels!

ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSPORT

At Kumbhala, you can arrive by car, van, caravan, or public transportation (Taxi or Uber).

We offer spacious parking areas for your convenience, as well as a completely free camping zone. To minimize our carbon footprint, we encourage you to use the fewest vehicles possible by carpooling or even cycling! Let’s take care of nature and reduce our impact on it.

In the camping area, you’re welcome to set up tarps, hammocks, or other shelters. However, please remember that space is limited, and it’s essential to leave enough room for your neighbors. Your freedom ends where your neighbor’s begins.

Upon arrival, please follow the instructions of the technical staff, who will guide you to the best available space.

VERY IMPORTANT:

For safety reasons, vehicles must ALWAYS be parked facing the exit.

WELL-BEING AND SAFETY

At Kumbhala, we care deeply about the well-being of everyone participating in the event. That’s why we will have volunteers, including therapists and psychologists, available to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible if you encounter any issues.

🚫 NO DRUGS ARE ALLOWED IN THE VENUE

However, we are aware of the possibility of illegal substance use.
If you experience any issues related to this, please notify the on-site staff immediately.

We STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you do not purchase substances at the venue.
We cannot vouch for the quality of such substances and therefore cannot take responsibility for any problems they may cause. Please avoid this as much as possible, your health and your festival experience could be jeopardized, and it’s something we all want to prevent together.
